Smart Building IoT Operations Dashboard

Aerium managed 28 commercial buildings with energy systems, HVAC, access control, and fire safety running on separate, non-communicating vendor platforms. Energy costs were 34% above market benchmark and reactive maintenance was costing $1.2M annually.

We built a unified IoT operations platform connecting 4,200+ sensors across all 28 buildings via MQTT. A real-time dashboard provides energy consumption analytics, predictive maintenance alerts (ML anomaly detection on sensor time-series data), and automated HVAC optimization that reduces energy usage during low-occupancy periods.
